He is a hard-working executive valuing integrity and long-term relations with all his counterparts. He founded Nusantara Talents to help bridge the gap between German corporations and qualified international talents, interested in building up their career in Germany. He is passionate about giving back to the communities, and as an immigrant himself who has successfully made his mark in the US and in Germany, he hopes to share that passion to younger generations and give them a chance to thrive in Germany.
